  1. I think you can be forgiven ..for missing one or two of your ‘Targets ‘ for 2011 ..
After all ‘ the year of Living unofficially ‘ you’ve managed to Research, plan and DO .. the ‘unofficial ‘ Year.. 365 days..! (well.. 363 .. so far.. !) – a brilliant achievement ! :)

  2. Kinda off topic, but:

Getting bills paid doesn’t require any planning whatsoever.

    1) Set up auto-pay.
    2) Spend less than you make.

…I’ve still never balanced a checkbook or made a budget. Not even when I was a student with $400 to live on per semester.

  3. Set up filters for your coupons. Then, when you want to look at them, just go to the coupon label. A cluttered inbox is mostly a lack of filters. If things are auto-filtered and auto-labelled correctly, you can get to your business without it being in your inbox.

I love the custom Gmail label colors. I made ‘finance’ and ‘legal’ green (cause it is the color of money). So money-related emails get green labels automatically. Works well if you associate certain people with certain colors too… Gmail kicks ass :)
